Abstract


Because sporting events with a high accident rate, high personal injury sexual characteristics that make sports events organizers must strengthen personal risk of loss on sports events management . In this paper, literature, comparative analysis , logic analysis and other research methods , personal loss for strengthening risk management sports importance and necessity of a preliminary analysis, and sporting events held in the course of the common person to discuss the risk of loss , on this basis , this paper, personal loss risk management theory , combined with sporting events particularity of personal loss risk management , on how to control and reduce personal sporting events in the common risk of loss , put forward the corresponding countermeasures. The results showed that: ( 1 ) sport itself has a personal risk of loss and the commercialization of sport , the market brought about by a series of problems , prompting event organizers must strengthen the management of risk of loss of personal events . ( 2 ) loss of sporting events personal importance of risk management : enhancing sports personal risk of loss management , to provide stability for the event itself, the game environment , it is related to events organized by the success , which can directly increase the event organizers profits and contribute indirectly profit events , event organization also helps a good public image or stretching . ( 3 ) sporting events common risk management process personal risk of loss control method comprising: risk aversion , loss control , risk transfer and so on. The study also common during sports events for a variety of personal risk of loss , the corresponding risk control methods.
