Abstract


The teachers are the basic force of kindergarten education and teaching , kindergarten education in the success or failure of the level of the quality of teachers has become critical . Good political and professional quality of teachers is the founder of the high-quality characteristics kindergarten source of strength and an important guarantee . In a growing number of private kindergartens , the stability of the private kindergarten teachers and teachers of specialized construction becomes more important. The author of Yunnan Honghe private kindergarten teachers made ??a lot of research on this basis for the Red River State private kindergarten teachers professional development of teachers effective ways and means to promote the development of of Honghe Prefecture private kindergarten onwards a certain role. This article discussed from five aspects : First, the development status and significance of the private kindergarten ; Second, survey and research methods ; , the survey results show that : 1, private kindergarten teachers in the age structure, educational problems , and professional low level ; private kindergarten job classification , the social security system , a single training mode ; 3, the low salaries of teachers , teachers instability hinder the professional development of teachers . Fourth, the impact on the professional development of the private kindergarten teacher professional development reasons and private kindergarten teachers . V. Conclusions .
