Abstract


Teachers 'organizational citizenship behavior is an important way to school to enhance organizational effectiveness, and promote teachers' organizational citizenship behavior is the principal organization and management in the most critical link. School principals should be read in conjunction with the concept of humane management to enhance the performance of of teachers organizational citizenship behavior. The conclusion is: different personal background variables in Hefei, public secondary school teachers of organizational trust and organizational citizen behavior differences, a significant positive correlation teacher organizations trust variable and its organizational citizen behavior of variables, secondary school teachers to trust variables can effectively predict their organizational citizenship behavior variables. Long teaching experience, holding executive office, high-wage, highly educated teachers on organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior are significantly higher than seniority, not positions, lower wages, lower level of education of teachers. Organizational trust Hefei public secondary school teachers can effectively predict the performance of organizational citizenship behavior, the higher the degree of trust in the organization of teachers, the more its organizational citizenship behavior. Finally, from the three levels of the education management organizations, schools, organizations and teachers to come up with strategies for secondary school management organizations, schools, and teachers' reference. Education institutions in the selection of principal should objectively examine the quality of the candidate's personality, scientific and reasonable to raise the income of the secondary school teachers, and emphasis on organizational trust teachers urge school leaders. Schools must train young teachers, motivating experienced teachers to share their willingness to establish an open and transparent management system, and create a harmonious atmosphere of democracy in schools.
