With the development and application of information technology, the manufacturing information system is becoming more and more pervasive. The paper first introduced the ASP platform and its functionality. Then, the OGSA-based architecture, which combines real-time middleware technologies with grid technologies, was presented to manage applications with several ASP servers. At last, a prototype of the monitor system of ASP platform based on this architecture was developed. The dissertation aimed at making such contributions:Introduced some basic concepts related to the ASP platform firstly. Pointed out that the monitor system of the plateform should be more perfect, analyzed the character of the monitor system, and then advanced the way to develop the monitor system.Introduced some concepts related to real-time middleware, CORBA and RTCORBA briefly. Then designed the ROM middleware based on RTCORBA, including the ORB core, the network connection management module, the priority management module, the thread management module, the queue management module, the object adapter and the IDL skeleton. Also analyzed its running mechanism detailedly.Presented some aspects of OGSI.NET and grid service. Then integrated the ROM middleware with OGSA, developed the architecture of the monitor system based on .NET platform.Also introduced the layered structure and the running mechanism of the architecture.Discussed the realization of some key technologies of the monitor system including monitoring physical resources of the server, charging clients, getting the number of online people, attempering services and real-time DP. Also presented some algorithms and instances.Summarized all achievements of the thesis and sketched out the future research work.
