Abstract


This dissertation focuses on several problems in procurement management, combined with the projects sponsored by the National High Technology Research and Development Program (863 program). Based on the comprehensive analyses of the production operation and enterprise organization in Shaoxing textile region, the dissertation is mainly concerned with several key technologies in the procurement service pattern on ASP platform, including business flow and function frame, enterprises cooperation and procurement strategy etc.Based on the analysis of the competitive environment of today’s manufacturing enterprises, chapter 1 firstly introduces the foundational theory of the procurement management and ASP pattern. The chapter focuses on the present study in procurement management and ASP. Then the objective of the thesis is pointed out, and the research frame is presented.Chapter 2 comprehensively analyzes the requirements for the ASP common service platform and procurement service on the ASP platform in the Shaoxing textile region. Then theprocurement service pattern is divided into three------basic procurement service faced to smallenterprise, advanced procurement service faced to enterprises union and centralized procurement business service. The business process models of the three procurement services are given out.In chapter 3, the basic procurement service faced to small enterprise is mainly discussed. After putting forward the design model, the design the realization of the suppliers’ information query module are particularly set forth.Chapter 4 studies the advanced procurement service faced to enterprises union, brings forward the design model and database pattern and devises the mostly module function. Then particularly describes the design and realization of the requirement release and response and procurement order form dispose. At last, synergy between the procurer and supplier is researched and forecasting and replenishment function is realized.Chapter 5 emphasizes several key problems in centralized procurement business service. The design model and main function module are put forward. Centralized procurement strategy is probed from different angles such as single supplier procurement strategy, multi-suppliers procurement strategy and corresponding between procurer and supplier etc. bring forward the strategy model and arithmetic solution.Chapter 6 gives some running examples of the procurement service on ASP common service platform in Shaoxing textile region according to the prior research and design.In chapter 6, all achievements of the dissertation are summarized and the future research work is sketched out.
