Abstract


Dynamic Alliance and distributed virtual manufacturing are two emerging technologies , their development for the manufacturing industry has brought considerable economic benefits . But the consistency of synergy based on network resources and the environment , the comprehensive utilization of these two technologies to carry out product design studies have not . The main work of this paper is to seek a new approach to product design on the basis of the analysis of the situation and development trend of product design , dynamic alliances and distributed virtual manufacturing . According to principle of TQCSE , there is established a set of products in the design architecture to take advantage of the resources and information of different enterprises , the formation of dynamic alliance , distributed virtual manufacturing environment product design process . In this paper, the use of VRML suitable for online transfer and view three-dimensional model of product design modeling . VRML to create a simple model , other professional styling tools modeling conversion build complex models in VRML format . At the same time , more in-depth to explore how to use Java network programming capabilities and VRML interface technology , to model motion control , and the Java Applet window mode parameter to be controlled . Finally, due to the dynamic alliance is based on the network environment , the combination of HTML, ASP, VRML, Java technology , initially built a virtual environment for product design . Web authoring tools Dreamweaver production system main interface , using ASP and Access database technology to complete the logged-on user security management and data access . The different dynamic alliance enterprises through Internet Explorer can view the results of product design , in order to modify and make decisions to complete the product design process . The system has good stability and a friendly interface , to improve the efficiency of product design , cost savings, and reduce the development cycle for the production of actual service .
