Abstract


Museums’contribution for youth education is much concerned by education industry. Youth is the main group of culture building and the future of a country, while museums are the major organizations for keeping culture, history, science and art. Museums are much important for youth education.Museums are special facilities for social education and cultural foundation, and they are equipped with the basic functions of keeping, research and education. And education is the main way to perform its social functions. Among various ways of museums’education function, the following questions which are remained unsolved are obviously important:how to optimize museums’education functions, how to attractive the youth enjoy museums then are fond of museums, and how to make museums become youth’s second classroom.This article discusses detailed methods in attracting youth and making them in love with museums by research between youth and museums, strategy of museums for attractive youth and self-optimization of museums. Questions are based on relationship between museums and youth, museums’exhibition skills, exhibition ways and methods. Therefore the research of museum’s contribution in youth education will be described in the followings:1. Relation between museums and youth; 2. Conflict between museums and youth; 3. Museum’ self-optimization. Based on the research, solution of attracting youth to love museums will be provided. How to make the museums become youth’s second classroom is the key question we will discuss, meanwhile, we will positively discuss the reality and future. We will uncover questions through the research in museums. Detailed solutions will be offered for museums to become the youth’s second classroom after we analyze lots of cases in reality from domestic and oversea museums.The topic between museums and youth must be remained and continued to further discovery and research.
