In this paper, based on full analysis of the safety assessment techniques , in-depth analysis of the functional requirements , proposed a rating system based on the database program , including structural design , evaluation function module design , database design , system design implementation . The software is Windows 2000 platform to write applications using VB6.0 , SQL SERVER 2000 to establish the background database . The system has a broad application prospects and a higher value in use .
