Abstract


Existing pressure vessel with the use of time , there will be many security risks, and therefore must detect them regularly to assess their security status . The traditional methods of testing data according to specifications manual safety assessment , computational complexity , a heavy workload , but difficult to carry out more in-depth analysis . Therefore , the use of a large number of database technology management inspection and testing data , and as a basis for establishing the rating decision support system is particularly necessary . Assess the establishment of a decision support system , can effectively determines hazardous defects in the service Pressure Vessel effectively extract effectively automate defect assessment , intelligence , increase the pressure vessel in use , management , inspection, repair , transformation and update all aspects of reliability , in order to more effectively prevent the occurrence of accidents . The subject of this paper is mainly to solve the effective management of large amounts of data obtained by the service pressure vessel inspection and hazardous defects effectively determines effective extraction , to deal effectively with the problem . Comprehensive use of various disciplines of knowledge , computer technology, simulation technology and information technology as a means to provide the defect assessment data , information and data , and select the defect assessment program , analyze , compare and judge by the man-machine dialogue help correct to make the assessment results . The main content of this paper is as follows: elaborated and system development must have technology , database technology , decision support systems technology , expert system technology, and human-computer interaction technology , etc. . The establishment of the defect database and evaluation decision support system needs analysis , and use of the traditional demand demand description method described method , structured analysis and object-oriented requirements description method for the establishment of a system functional model to determine system needs achieve the main functions .
