So the technology innovation management has been the biggest obstacle when our companies take part in the global competition.In this paper, SMEs in the Qingyang pharmaceutical industry—Gansu Xifeng Pharmaceutical Company for the study, the use of technological innovation theory and related management principles, through technical innovation as the company carried out a series of practices based on research, expand on for the technical innovation model optimization, which has wide range of learning meaning for technology innovation model selection and optimization of SME.How to enterprise development and growth while optimizing and improving technological innovation mode in a timely manner, through technological innovation and institutional, organizational and market synergies between innovation, choose the best combination of strategy, core technology, the core product to core ability of enterprises to transform, the increase in enterprise value, so as to ultimately achieve business growth and expansion, this is the main research content of this paper.To carry out technical innovation as the main way to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, Xifeng, Gansu province of pharmaceutical companies chooses to take the mimics innovation strategy, and achieved some success. As companies grew in time to improve technological innovation model, for the sustained and healthy development of the company provide a powerful engine, a necessary strategic management choice for companies.
