Objective: To analyze the Uighur chronic periodontitis patients subgingival plaque , Porphyromonas gingivalis Aeromonas pilus virulence genotype fimA distribution . Methods : 104 sites collected 52 cases of the Uighur chronic periodontitis patients subgingival plaque, using 16SrRNA PCR assay Porphyromonas gingivalis Aeromonas virulence pili fimA genotype -specific primers , using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) detection the type Ⅱ fimA type IV fimA strains distribution . Results : 16SrRNA PCR assay Aeromonas Porphyromonas gingivalis in subgingival plaque positive rate was 76.9% . Periodontal pocket PPD> 6mm point subgingival plaque samples P. gingivalis detection rate < the the PPD ≤ 6mm sampling sites , the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) . Porphyromonas gingivalis Aeromonas pili fimA the virulence genotypes Porphyromonas gingivalis the Aeromonas infection by detection rate are : Ⅱ fimA to 37.5%, Ⅳ fimA 22.5% . Conclusion : Uighur patients with chronic periodontitis subgingival plaque , Porphyromonas gingivalis, have a higher detection rate of Aeromonas . The Porphyromonas gingivalis presence of the fimA virulence gene polymorphism Aeromonas .
