Abstract


Objective: coronary heart disease (coronary artery disease, CAD) common is a threat to human health . , Oxidized low-density lipoprotein (oxidized low density lipoprotein, oxLDL) play an important role in the process of coronary atherosclerosis . Factors affect the oxidation of low-density lipoprotein formed paraoxonase -1 (paranoxonase, PON-1) become a hot research . In this study, by observation of coronary heart disease in patients with serum paraoxonase -1 activity and oxidized low-density lipoprotein levels , explore paraoxonase -1 activity with oxidized low-density lipoprotein levels and their significance in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease . Methods: The study included objects are from October 2004 to November 2005 cardiology hospital to accept patients with coronary angiography or PCI . The inclusion criteria for coronary angiography confirmed coronary artery disease patients , including stable angina , old myocardial infarction , unstable angina and suspected coronary heart disease by coronary angiography except enrolled 130 people . All patients were recorded clinical history and general information, including gender, age, height , weight , smoking history , history of diabetes , and drug use . The day after admission early morning fasting blood samples were conducted on paraoxonase 1 activity and determination of oxidized low-density lipoprotein levels and other laboratory examination , including blood, biochemical and immunological tests . Coronary angiography Judkins method , computer measurement system to measure the diameter of the lesion loss rate , based on angiographic results and clinical data , 130 cases were divided into CHD group ( coronary lesion diameter loss of greater than or equal to 50% ) of 82 people ; 48 of the control group ( coronary lesion diameter lost less than 50 %) .
