When the banking industry when faced with the incentives competition and constant customer demand, the bank as an important part of the country's financial, economic development, and fully perceive their own pressure. Bank through its own analysis of the conditions and the external environment, found only through the rational allocation to co-operation with the bank's internal, in order to maximize the benefits, so as to enhance the level of financial services to meet customer diversity, the variability of demand. The workflow Bank banks operating various types of financial products, need to be carried out through a series of steps and processes of the internal management processes, operational processes, and monitoring processes. Process bank building links and important rules of banking operation through analysis of existing business processes, through the restructuring and integration of business processes to enhance the rationality of the process, business normative, thereby reducing the cost and reduce risk. Differences in bank business processes, multi-link, long process, lack of coordination and communication mechanisms between business processes, huge organizational structure and the lack of a unified business processes and service standards, the problem is caused by the design and implementation of service integration platform quite difficult. Simultaneously through the research process integration of banking services for the analysis of the domestic and foreign research found still confined to the study of theoretical studies and architecture for the application of the construction and implementation of the lack of relevant experience and maturity case. Departure from China's banking system and organizational management, a detailed analysis of the problems of China's banking industry, combined with the flow of bank definition, the concept of the process banking services integration, research and analysis service integration platform services integration needs, the needs of the operating mode business requirements and functional requirements. According to the results of the needs analysis, research management function analysis of the core services, the establishment of the XML-based Agent communication structure, the use of multi--Agent service management architecture, multi-Agent services selection and scheduling algorithm, combined with the decision-making model genetic algorithm (SGA) Multi-Agent Services task allocation model validation. Finally, the research results overall architecture design, the core functionality of the design and database design process banking services integration platform, and the platform's core key features of the detailed design and implementation of the instructions, the integration process bank, complete, simple, fast and effective service. Research and Implementation of process integration of banking services platform is the integration of resources, optimize the practical application of the allocation strategy, seeking the best combination of resource allocation and customer demand. Multi-Agent technology designed to achieve effective heterogeneous platform integration of heterogeneous services and reduce the degree of coupling; through decision analysis model technology, improve management and collaboration platform services and processes, thereby enhancing the bank competitive advantage, improve work efficiency, reduce risk and costs, and improve customer service levels.
