Abstract


The Zen was established in Tang Dynasty by HuiNeng. It had maturely forms and the perfect theory system to a Sung Yuan Dynasty. The Zen was brought back to Japan by the Japanese Buddhist monk Eisai , started the Japanese Zen localization final advancement.In China, Mahayana and Nagarjura’s Madhyamika School combined with Wei Jin metaphysics provided Zen thought formation with philosophy foundation. The Buddhist monk SengZhao in Jin Dynasty has absorbed the Madhyamika’s void、metaphysics ontology and nature, created the summary ancient book“Three These of Seng-Zhao”. The union of wisdom and the metaphysics, is initial attempt of the Buddhism Chinese. That was the beginning of Zen’s sunya.In Japan, the Zen has received its native place religion shintoism and the original Buddhism’s influence, absorbed the“myriad things to have mystical powers, a god emperor body”religious doctrine and new Buddhism doom view. There are some factors of protects the country and anicca in its thought. The philosophy foundation difference caused the difference between Chinese and Japanese Zen thought.The Chinese Zen is includes infinite possibility but Japanese Zen is towards the Nihility.This kind of difference caused the Zen to form the different esthetics state in the ideology and the literary arts.In Japanese ideology and literary arts put attention to the capture of feels in an instant, to seek the tranquility. It is a sad, bitterly cold, lonely state. It despises life and takes death as beauty. It has exquisite garden, and likes non-harmony…In brief, its that so-called pity of thing has all highlighted the Japanese Zen esthetics characteristic and produced the“lonesome”esthetic experience.
