Abstract


Academics in the past the local justice of the Qing Dynasty to do a lot of research , and has achieved fruitful results , but most of these studies emphasis on personal moral qualities of local officials and legal literacy case ignore the Qing Dynasty magistrate who bear multiple responsibilities , and thus failed to pay enough attention to their multiple responsibilities of local officials behavior , which has to a certain extent, cause people to ignore some system level factors affect the the Qing Dynasty place the administration of justice . Based on the above considerations , this paper attempts to explore the Qing Dynasty Magistrate 's multiple responsibilities and its impact on the local judicial . First , the analysis of the Qing Dynasty magistrate 's role in the entire system of government . Secondly, we explore the the Magistrate multiple responsibilities and related assessment and corrections system . Again , how to describe and analyze the Magistrate to deal with his shoulder multiple responsibilities , as well as how to avoid the adverse impact of the relevant assessment and corrections system . Finally, the analysis of the Qing Magistrate their multiple responsibilities and related assessment and disciplinary system to deal with the behavior of the local justice of the Qing Dynasty .
