Order to meet the demand of a certain type of missile network , real-time testing , the paper application Precision Time Protocol (IEEE 1588) and LAN technology to build the LXI-based automatic test system ( ATS ) , time synchronization system-level measuring instruments . Thesis based the LXI ATS time synchronization technology IEEE 1588 focusing carried out . First, the paper analyzes the current and future testing needs a certain type of missile integrated parameters , and compare the the traditional ATS LXI ATS time synchronization technology , thus the need for research the LXI ATS time synchronization technology . Second, the paper compares a variety of time synchronization technology , the LAN and improved LXI real-time data transmission method , after a detailed analysis of the Precision Time Protocol (PTP) technology . Third , by the time stamp , the papers of the PTP synchronization error analysis , and synchronization accuracy error sources have been studied ; same with the timestamp compensation from the clock frequency accuracy and stability of the algorithm , and time synchronization precision measurement experiments; Subsequently, the timing trigger the above program verification. Finally , the paper constructs a certain type of missile parameters automatic test system based on LXI , time synchronization technology application in the system , and LXI-B class network structure design , trigger - based time synchronization technology analyze the application .
