Coal is the main basic energy and raw material in our country, possessing an important strategic position in the national economy. As for the coal mine, the security is always the most significant and austere problem which the coal enterprise has to face. In order to solve this problem, it should improve the coal mine’s whole safety technique level and management level relying on the advanced means in the realm of science and technology. Studying and developing a mine security management and monitor system that is not only reliable, stable and perfect in function, but also convenient in use has an important realistic significance. As the development of the OPC(OLE for Process Control) and Web, integration and cyberization of the monitor system become an important developing trend in the engineering control domain currently.This thesis is based on the project "the on-line and real-time mine dust detecting and monitoring system" ,which belongs to the Xinyi coal mine of the Linyi mining group and take the on-line and real-time monitoring on mine dust which is the main factor of influencing the coal safe production for example. In this thesis, the existing limitation and current development direction of the coal safety monitor system is analyzed and discussed. This paper proposes a coal security information monitor and integration system. This system combines the CAN bus technology, OPC technology and Web technology together and successfully realize remote real-time dust monitoring system by the Internet.In underground the advanced CAN bus replaces the traditional RS485 bus, overcoming the defect of the RS485 bus in transmission distance, speed and stability. At the same time, the paper develops interface to realize the integration of the on-line monitor system and the current security monitor system. The underground information is transformed by the CAN bus to the CAN interface card first and then combined with the OPC server, consequently realizing correspondence with the host computer. The monitor system of the host computer is developed by the Delphi and SQL Server database. In the thesis , the background how the OPC technology came into bring and its development is introduced in detail. By analyzing its application domain, the importance of the OPC technology is given. Considering that the OPC data access server of the COM technology is bad in generality of striding platform and is difficult to integrate with the Internet application, the OPC data access server is packed into Web server by ASP.NET in the environment of Visual Studio.NET. So the client server can monitor the data from scene via the web page. This paper investigates the data integration together with the mine ventilation information management system, making a strong basis for the further integration of the heterogeneous subsystem dataset in the coal mine security information management system.The thesis’ background project "the on-line and real-time mine dust detecting and monitoring system" is running reliably in the coal field and has a great value in practicality and popularization. The continual development and advancement of the OPC and Web technology changes the traditional monitor way, deepens the information integration of the enterprise information management system. The development and research of this thesis provides a good basis for a further development, optimization and integration of intelligent information management system in the coal mine.
