Abstract


Since the 1980s , the supply chain and supply chain management has become a hot topic in business management . International famous enterprises in the supply chain management practice has made great achievements , people believe more strongly in the implementation of supply chain management into an effective way for enterprises to adapt to global competition in the 21st century . Foreign trade enterprises in supply chain management is to focus on the two-tier platform for foreign trade enterprises supply chain , using their own advantages , coordinate supply chain information flow , logistics and capital flow , thereby reducing costs and create value added and improve competitiveness . China is a labor-intensive , low manufacturing costs of the mainland , which is a major competitive advantage of Chinese products in the international market . However, with the increased international competition , the original competitive advantage has gradually weakened . Under the current conditions , China's foreign trade enterprises to reduce costs , the formation of value added and improve competitiveness , implementation of supply chain management is an effective way . Many of our foreign trade enterprises starting to focus on supply chain management , However, many of China's foreign trade enterprises in the supply chain management understanding and the actual operation of the process , there are many problems , not build strong strategic alliances between enterprises in the supply chain , information flow is not smooth, the high cost of logistics , such as the lack of funds and working capital management level . Author of this article on the basis of learn from Li \u0026 Fung successful experience for China's foreign trade enterprises in the implementation of the existing problems in the supply chain management , supply chain management to improve efficiency , adapt to China's foreign trade enterprises supply chain should be improved in the following areas : the establishment of management of the business model ; foreign trade enterprise supply chain operations management efficiency ; improve the financial management of the supply chain of the foreign trade enterprises .
