Abstract


As China gradually formed lifelong education system , distance learning , online learning is increasingly being accepted by more learners . With the rapid development of modern distance education , distance education universities in the information system construction, also experienced the scratch, from small to large development process. Rapid development of distance education on Management Information System of building the higher requirements , how unpredictable the future system requirements in the case , so that flexibility to change the existing system is able to meet the requirements of information technology education in the future , as for distance Higher education issues need to be addressed jointly . The article first outlines the development of distance education information system processes to Shanghai TV University Open Education College Dean supported platforms for the development of practical background , combined with the information currently in the process of the Senate of the practical problems of the system through the analysis of business process modules , and SOA architecture for service business module encapsulation method to achieve flexible business processes and structure of the system flexibility to respond to future educational needs of the new information . This paper introduces the concepts of SOA and analyzes . NET Web services environment, the principle and related technologies. By constructing a user interface subsystem, the subsystem consisting of multiple service -oriented academic support services for distance education platform , service-oriented architecture describes the system flexibility and system deployment advantages . According to analysis of business processes on the system , the business processes into business modules, and modules in accordance with the business processes for service package. On this basis, implementation of the system separately and combined four service calls will be described , detailing . NET environment using a WCF service publishing and technology during a call . Platform specific functions through the system design and implementation process of the introduction, explore educational support service-oriented platform for distance education in the. NET environment, design and implementation of feasibility for future distance education teaching educational management information system construction and evolution to provide new ideas and methods .
