Abstract


At present , the discussion about the social problems of the people and the development of China's modernization , some domestic scholars concerned about the hot . Scholars , with the establishment and development of China 's socialist market economy , may encourage China to produce a hierarchy similar to the early Western civil society , and to promote the transformation of the political system , so that the road toward a truly modern . But in the discussion , people always want to find something that can imitate the Chinese \In fact, this is an unavoidable problem . Building a Civil Society in China from a practical point of view , as one of the Chinese traditional culture mainstream Confucian culture a significant impact , is a valuable cultural resources . This paper tries to start from the analysis of the characteristics of civil society in Marxist explore the market economy nurtured civil society is different from the characteristics of its current development status of the Western civil society ; starting point to an important role of the traditional Confucian civilization in the East Asian economic boom , efforts to explore Confucian culture and the meeting point of the market economy , the Chinese civil society in the build process to fully absorb , learn from outstanding theoretical achievements of China 's Confucian culture , to lay a good foundation for social modernization .
