With the economic and technological development and the improvement of people's living standards, pollution-free food production more and more attention, and pollution-free rice-duck farming technology came into being. Currently, the technology more, but only from the study of individual technologies is not enough, and only with the production standard to measure the quality of the technology is also unreasonable. The test is in the rice-duck and rice-duck intergrowth technology based on the use of ternary quadratic orthogonal rotation regression design, test density (X 1 ), pure N amount (X 2 ), the number of ducks (X 3 ) three factors, set five levels orthogonal test, assisted by computer, observe the three factors rice production in five different levels of phytoplankton in the water bodies and aquatic diversity, and technology integrated rice-duck farming deep step research and optimization, efficient production technology of rice-duck farming high yield mode and standard. Regression equation based on the test data obtained, the establishment of the different levels of each factor, calculated by a computer program, the results show that: 1 three-factor on rice yield significantly affect the size of the order of the number of ducks (X 3 sub >) gt; pure N (X 2 ) gt; density (X 1 ), taking into account the interaction density (X 1 ) obvious interaction with the pure amount of N (X 2 ) of the pure amount of N the (X 2 ) and ducks number (X 3 ) the interaction obviously have reached a significant level. The combination of optimal levels of the selection equation simulation obtained three factors, namely rice planting density of 17,000 / 667m 2 sup>, nitrogen application level 14.58kg/667m 2 sup>, the number of ducks for 15 / 667m The 2 sup>, rice yield can reach a higher level. The two tests on the standing crop of phytoplankton and aquatic animals in three different times on July 18, August 12 and August 26 May collection and determination. Were detected in phytoplankton and 23 genera belonging to Bacillariophyta Cyanophyta, Chlorophyta Euglenophyta and hidden algae door. Among them, the most number of species of green algae (11 genera), accounting for 47.8%, followed by diatoms (6 genera), accounting for 26.1%, the the dominant populations Bacillariophyta Euglenophyta, the total number of accounting phytoplankton 52.76% and 32.94%, smaller changes; aquatic animals belonging to 33 genera, were part of the protozoa, rotifers animal, Cladocera, Copepoda and benthic animals were detected. Among them, the number of species of Cladocera appear up to (11), 33.3% of the total number of species followed by rotifers animals (10), 30.3% of the total number of species. Among the three periods, the number of species of aquatic animals showed a rising trend in the dominant populations of different periods of aquatic animals, mainly protozoa, the proportion of 59.21%; in three periods, the maximum number of water organisms in 8 consider to put duck number of different on aquatic biological quantity changes affect 12 January, due to duck the number of different, impact on aquatic biological quantity there is significant with differences smaller magnitude of the changes in diatom doors, hidden algae door of quantity and biomass reduction Cladocera, Copepoda and Rotifera animal biomass change a minor; regression analysis showed that the water biodiversity index, three periods of different factors on the water biological diversity index differences, but mainly to the number of ducks (the X 3 ) dominated biodiversity decline put duck the increase in the number of The 3 integrated rice yield regression model analysis with water biodiversity regression analysis, rice species
