Leaf membrane were determined using nine kinds of pesticides on Hainan , Shandong, Wuhan , Guangdong and Hubei Xiangfan five different regions Diamondback Moth virulence . The results showed that , Shandong, Guangdong, Hainan , Wuhan and Xiangfan five regions cypermethrin diamondback moth are produced moderate levels of resistance , resistance ratio and 22.75 respectively 36.69,34.97,11.46,20.34 Shandong Avi diamondback moth streptozotocin resistance to 135.06 times, reaching a high level resistance against fipronil , spinosad , stuck grams, phoxim, chlorfluazuron , divisible , Bisultap Seven Insecticides performance sensitive ; Guangdong diamondback moth to abamectin , chlorfluazuron stuck grams and resistance ratios were 30.47,10.21 and 19.85 , the level of resistance to reach the middle of fipronil , spinosad , phoxim , divisible , insecticide dual five kinds of pesticides showed low resistance or sensitivity ; Hainan , Wuhan and Xiangfan three regions diamondback moth to avermectin , fipronil , spinosad , stuck grams, phoxim, chlorfluazuron , divisible Bisultap eight kinds of pesticides showed sensitivity level or low level resistance . Indoor fipronil and spinosad generational breeding resistant strains of diamondback moth , Plutella xylostella after 20 generations of breeding for resistance to Fipronil 12.31 fold, Spinosad resistance is 14.47 times , two kinds of diamondback moth resistant strains have reached the middle level . Enzyme activity assay results showed that fipronil breeding strains susceptible strain with indoor relative glutathione-S- transferase (GSTs) activity there were significant differences in the acetylcholinesterase (AchE), carboxylesterase ( CarE) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity was not significant , indicating that the diamondback moth glutathione-S- transferase (GSTs) and fipronil resistance are closely related. Spinosad breeding strains susceptible strain with indoor relative glutathione-S- transferase (GSTs) and acetylcholinesterase (AchE) activity there were significant differences in the carboxylesterase (CarE) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity was not significant , indicating that the diamondback moth glutathione-S- transferase (GSTs) and acetylcholinesterase (AchE) and Spinosad resistance are closely related.
