Abstract

Dietary protein levels and vitamin E on eel reproductive performance (including gonadal coefficient, individual absolute fecundity, individual relative fecundity, fecundity, fecundity, hatchability and larvae quality) research and research the parent eels optimal protein and vitamin E nutritional requirements. Trials using single-factor gradient design. Test one in the proteins of six gradient Ⅰ 25%, respectively Ⅱ 30%, Ⅲ 35%, Ⅳ 40%, Ⅴ 45%, Ⅵ 50%; trial two in the vitamin E located six gradient, namely Ⅰ 0mg · kg -1 , Ⅱ 50 mg · kg -1 , Ⅲ 125mg · kg -1 , Ⅳ 200 mg · kg -1 , Ⅴ 275mg · kg -1 , Ⅵ 350 mg · kg -1 . Test fish were divided into six groups, each three replicates, each repeated 15 fish, respectively, 165d and 175d feeding trials. The results are as follows: 1, with increasing dietary protein level Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ group female eel individual absolute fecundity, fecundity, hatching and larval fish weight gain and survival rate was significantly higher (P lt; 0.05), Ⅴ, Ⅵ group significantly decreased (P lt; 0.05), of which the group Ⅳ female eel individual absolute fecundity, fecundity, hatchability, larval weight gain and the highest survival rate was significantly higher than Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅵ group (P lt; 0.05); groups female eel gonads coefficient, individual relative fecundity, egg diameter indexes were not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05). 2, with the improvement of the level of protein in the feed female eel difference in weight of the end of the test, each treatment group was significantly (P lt; 0.05), and the trend group of female eel ovarian weight, the same individual absolute fecundity and fecundity, suggesting that estrogen eel individual absolute fecundity and fecundity increased weight gain may be related to estrogen eel. 3, statistical analysis of the results showed that the groups per tail female eel first batch fecundity in individual absolute fecundity share in proportion to the the group Ⅳ highest, description of 40% protein level can promote ovarian development, promote oocyte maturation. 4, Sui the feed in V E content increases, Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ group of female eel gonadal coefficient, fecundity, hatching and larvae quality significantly improve (P lt; 0.05) Ⅴ , Ⅵ group increased significantly (P gt; 0.05); including the group Ⅳ female eel gonads coefficient, fecundity, hatching and larval fish weight gain and survival rate was significantly higher than Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ group (P lt; 0.05) and Ⅴ Ⅵ between group difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05). 5, with the feed in V E content increased pro eel eggs each treatment group V E were significantly increased, that the egg the V E < / sub> content reflects V E content of the feed. 6, female eel ovary of SOD activity, Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ group than Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ group significantly with low (P lt; 0.05), accordingly, Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ group, MDA content significantly significantly lower than Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ group (P lt; 0.05). Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ group of female eel, although higher SOD activity in their ovaries, but due to the lack or inadequacy of feed V E oxidation resistance, caused by egg lipid peroxidation, MDA content significantly liter high (P lt; 0.05), leading to poor egg quality, thus affecting the egg
