Abstract


Since open reformation, nongovernmental enterprise has made great progress at BaoTou city. It is very prevalent to adopt family enterprise or family managing mode in nongovernmental economy. Private operation has been more than twenty years in China and it is now in perfect period of market economy; so it still has many market’ s chances. How to grasp opportunity to realize sustainable development is a question, which need fleetly resolve.The paper concludes the concept characteristic of family enterprise and practical signification and puts forward a viewpoint. That is family enterprise has own advantages and inherent abuses as a kind of enterprise’ s form , so it is not a absolute lagging enterprise’ s form and has existent inevitability in market economy. The author analyses and puts forward some schemes according to some arisen issues in progress of family enterprise and referents plentiful academic data and instances simultaneously. Some schemes have been exercised. In the same time author expounds other exterior environment’s effects on enterprise like legal system, national income, financing, especially government and so on .
