Abstract

With the economic development and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, China's car ownership and road traffic traffic has continued to grow, the traffic fatality rate is also increasing. The absolute number of road traffic fatalities in China over the years has been the highest in the world and a higher proportion of growth, the number of accidental deaths in 1999 of 8.4 million people, nearly 9.2 million people in 2000, 10.4 million people in 2001, as in 2002 10.9 million people in 2003 to 10.5 million, accounting for 15% of the world, and the highest proportion of the same period, the Chinese motor vehicle ownership accounts for only about 2% of the world! China's automobile traffic accident vehicular and pedestrian collision , which together account for 27% of the total number of automobile traffic accidents. Head and neck and lower limb injuries in these accidents accounted for more than 70% of the total number of injury. Head and neck injury is the main cause death, and lower extremity trauma is often a major factor in road accident disability. Some experts predict that China's road traffic accident mortality in the next decade will remain in this hovering. The Mixed Traffic is the basic national conditions of our current traffic management, this situation is expected in the future for a long time is difficult to fundamentally improved. This feature determines the pedestrian safety research work has a special significance in our country. In this study, based on multi-body dynamics by using ADAMS dynamics simulation, collision modeling, pedestrian mathematical models obtained by simulating collision damage indicators to cars and pedestrians. Contrast previously published articles, to verify the reliability of the simulation test. Reliability assurance based on the sensitivity analysis of design parameters on the front of the car, and then allows the car to pedestrian protection performance is improved by modifying the sensitive design parameters. Hood rises institutions vehicle and pedestrian collisions, the injury indicators the original car model indicators of injury to pedestrians do comparison and found that the hood rises institutions can play an effective protection of pedestrians at the same time can not destroy the car by simulating assembly the front of the original arrangement. After joining the WTO, China's automotive industry is facing the challenges of the world automobile industry. Features on vehicle safety research should as soon as possible with the world, so we combine our road traffic conditions and the world of automotive safety technology trends, pedestrian safety protection of line with China's national conditions, development strategies, and develop appropriate security regulations , to regulate automotive design methods to improve the level of car test, so that the overall level of China's automotive technology to keep up with the development of automobile technology in the world.
