Abstract


The insurance industry is the operational risks, and more risk than the general corporate business. Therefore, we must correct business ideas, do a good job in risk assessment, well reinsurance arrangements, to analyze the behavior of the insurance market insured parties and the development of measures to prevent the insurance business risk to the stability of the financial markets and social improve the insurance economic benefits, and promote Insurance Development Services. The purpose of this thesis is the main point of interest in the insurance market, the use of game theory and utility theory as an analytical method, attempts to explore the problems in the Chinese insurance market operation to identify the market a variety of phenomena underlying reasons, come to the development of the insurance market general law. Insurance market by the insured, the insurance companies, reinsurance companies, regulatory agencies, their greatest impact, all four of the game market profit model and investment philosophy form the basic framework of the market, the paper analyzes the insurance market of each of the participating subjects optimal decision-making behavior and the nature of the game model to analyze the typical economic phenomenon appeared on the Chinese insurance market reasons. The paper first introduces the basic concepts and functions of consumer attitude toward risk and risk attitude measures, and the insurance market, and the impact of the insurance risk analysis, risk is divided into internal and external risks. The paper also analyzes the status quo of China's insurance and the main problems, then from three of the insured and the insurers, direct insurers and reinsurers, regulatory agencies and insurance companies, to construct the three types of game model: (1) in two ways, respectively, to discuss containing deductible insurance issues: First, the complete information containing deductible insurance in insurance prices comparative static game analysis. Incomplete information case, when the policy is exogenous to the timing analysis of the insured and the insurer reached the optimal deductible insurance contract through the game. (2) proportional reinsurance, for example, under the conditions under incomplete information constructed a proportional reinsurance two-stage dynamic game model, discuss this form of reinsurance, direct insurance and reinsurance strategy selection and balanced. (3) to establish the response regulators of insurance supervision with supervisor (insurance companies) between a non-symmetric non-zero-sum game model and an effective prevention of life insurance fraud game two-stage dynamic game model to arrive at this supervision and operation of some of the conclusions in the two cases. I game model of the above three types made of the the corresponding stakeholder decision-making behavior analysis, explains some typical phenomenon in China's insurance market in the run of the nature of the reasons given solutions and recommendations.
