Abstract


CAE technology will be \one of the most important means of the R \u0026 D cycle. Increasingly fierce global competition, the traditional CAE analysis process has been unable to meet the personalized, diverse user needs and rapidly changing market. With concurrent engineering, agile manufacturing, collaborative work such as the development of the concept of advanced manufacturing, companies have adopted a distributed product development strategy to take full advantage of the resources and personnel of the different regions, the rapid mobilization and utilization of the resources of the geographical distribution of CAE, forming CAE mode based team of synergy between the internal network or enterprise. -Depth study of the application of of collaborative CAE computer supported collaborative work in the field of computer-aided engineering. Networked collaborative CAE management system is a multiple, heterogeneous, distributed CAE resources. It is a support system of the groups to work together, to be able to overcome the obstacles of time, space, and computer hardware and software to form an easy groups to cooperate with each other to work together space, remote multidisciplinary staff completed the entire product CAE analysis work parallel collaborative . System uses a three-tier model based on Datasnap development support environment to SQL Server as the underlying database software, Delphi as a software development tool, the erection of the file server using Serv-U, to establish a unified system of database servers and file servers, and integrated collaborative auxiliary tools, CAE simulation analysis unit to use the client software system, which can effectively CAE collaborative management of the network environment. The main contents of this paper are: engineering the CAE analysis process and its characteristics, collaborative CAE mode; for collaborative CAE work mode, explore collaborative CAE system functional objectives, the overall framework, development environment, and the key technology: general The framework is divided into access control, project management, data management, simulation model management and collaboration tools several sub-function modules, and carried out a detailed analysis and design; collaborative CAE system implementation techniques; based on C / S structure Delphi and SQL Server development application, and use of these technologies to develop a prototype system of collaborative CAE management.
