Abstract

The trials under the conditions of bioremediation, PCNB as the main object of study, degrading microbial enrichment and separation of its analytical methods, degradation reactions of the characteristics and impact of microbial degradation of environmental factors, the degradation reaction kinetics and bioremediation of contaminated soil in the laboratory under controlled conditions to carry out a more systematic study PCNB contaminated soil bioremediation technology means. The main contents are as follows: 1, describes the physical and chemical properties of PCNB, domestic and international applications overview, as well as the problem of environmental pollution brought about due to its wide application; previous work analyzed on the basis of quintozene benzene residues in environmental media dynamic degradation metabolism, eco-toxicology, the ecological risk characteristics and its pollution control measures for a comprehensive overview of the system, and thus of research. 2 In this study comes from the soil and restore the soil as the guiding ideology, with enrichment culture isolated from soil of long-term application of PCNB screened eight strains grow well, strain their ability to stabilize Determination of four for the quintozene efficient degrading strains. Were in bacteria B 1 B 2 , fungal F 1 and actinomycetes S 1 , therefore, choose the four dominant strain as the test bacteria metabolic test. Connected to the soil after acclimation and enrichment, return to PCNB contaminated soil bioremediation, but also the purpose of a clean soil micro-ecological environment. Indoors under controlled conditions, high-degrading bacteria PCNB degradation characteristics of the test showed that: the tested bacteria can not PCNB as carbon, nitrogen, and other primary substrate utilization. Incubation temperature and pH conditions have a great impact on degrading bacteria growth and metabolism, the most suitable B 1 , F 1 growth and degradation of the pH value of about 6.5, and most for B 2 , S 1 growth and degradation of the pH value of about 7.5. Under extreme acidic or basic conditions, the biological activity of the tested strains and the ability to degrade to be strongly suppressed. Strains B 1 B 2 , S 1 in the outside temperature is 20 ~ 25 ℃ range, the F 1 The outside temperature suitable for the growth in the range of 25 ~ 30 ℃. When the temperature is 15 ℃ or above 35 ℃, the the degrading bacteria growth slowed or almost no growth. Metal ion of the the degrading strains bioavailability study results show that: the tested strains is not the same demand and tolerability of metal ions, resulting in degrading strains have different effects. For strain B 1 , Fe, Co, to promote the degradation of strains, Ca, Zn, etc. the degradation effect of the elements on the strain impact; Add Mg, Mn manifested as a slight inhibitory effect, Cu, Mo inhibition strain growth and degradation; strain B 2 , all kinds of metal elements is not the effect of fluctuations with high concentrations of metal salt-resistant nature. Mo promote the degradation of the strains, but growth decreased Cu elements equally the strain B 2 inhibited; for strains S 1 Cu, Mg promoted strains degradation and the growth of Fe, Ca, Zn slightly inhibited the growth of the strains, but have a role in promoting the degradation effect, Co, Mo, Mn strain S 1 different degrees of inhibition, in which The inhibitory effect of Mn is the most obvious, regardless of the growth and degradation rates have a very
