Abstract

The Experimental Research diets supplemented with yeast culture and feeding particles concentrate on the body sizes of Holstein calves indicators, nutrient digestibility, blood biochemical parameters and rumen and duodenum developmental physiological indicators of and new Holstein calves fed mode effective exploration. Experiment using a completely randomized block design, test is divided into three treatment groups, six Holstein calves in each treatment group, including four female calves, two bull calves. Test calves each treatment group corresponding parental comprehensive similar date of birth and birth order, birth weight, body size indexes the difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05). Treated calves (powdered concentrate L. chinensis) fed in accordance with the traditional model, day feeding fresh milk 4L, drink warm water and gradually increase concentrate (powder concentrate) feeding amount of L. chinensis in the calf into homes after training ad libitum; the treated calf feeding fresh milk 7L, drink warm water ad libitum particles concentrate; the treated calf feeding fresh milk 7L, drink warm water, ad libitum particles fine material and ban feeding chinensis, 2 dietary treatment groups on the basis of daily add 20g yeast cultures. Daily concentrate and milk in 4:30,11:30,16:30 three times fed. A trial period of 60 days. After the end of the pre-feeding period, before early as feeding calves weighed after each weighing time interval of 15 days. Measured and recorded at the beginning of the test and at the end of the trial calf per head indicators of body size (body height, body length, Bust, before the pipe circumference, girth and waist angle wide). Test calves per head in the first day of the feeding trial period, 20 days, 40 days and 60 days before and after three consecutive days within the time every day to receive fresh fecal samples for determination of nutrient digestibility in calves. Jugular vein blood of bull calves in each treatment group before early as feeding about 10ml, after every interval of 20 days blood collection time, serum samples at -30 ℃ cryopreservation for laboratory analysis to use. The test will be anatomy the bull calves artery were sacrificed, making the rumen wall and duodenal samples to prepare for the use of laboratory production of tissue sections and determination of rumen physiological indicators. The test data for statistical analysis using SPSS statistical software. The results show that: the test calves dry matter average daily feed intake differences between groups were not significant, average daily gain treatment group and treatment group was significantly higher than the treatment group 1 (P lt; 0.01), treatment group 3 higher than treatment group 2 (P lt; 0.05). The average daily increase of body height treatment groups and treated higher than the treatment group (P lt; 0.05); daily average increase of body length treatment group 2 was significantly higher than in the treatment group and the treatment group (P lt; 0.01) ; bust and waist angle wide day average growth rate in group 3 was significantly higher than the treatment group 2 (P lt; 0.01), treatment group was significantly higher than the treatment group 1 (P lt; 0.01); the former tube surrounded daily average growth in the amount of processing group 3 is higher than the treatment groups 1 and the treatment group (P LT; 0.05); the ischial end of wide average daily increase processing group 3 was significantly higher than that of the treatment groups 1 and treatment group 2 (P lt; 0.01), treatment group 2 is higher than treatment group 1 (P lt; 0.05). Dry matter apparent digestibility of crude fat digestibility and neutral detergent fiber apparent digestibility of the treatment group and the treatment group was significantly higher than the treatment group 1 (P lt; 0.01); apparent digestibility of crude protein treated 2 and treatment group 3 was significantly higher than the treatment group 1 (P lt; 0.01), higher than the treatment group 2 (P LT; 0.05); apparent digestibility of energy treatment group 3 is higher than the treatment group 2 and treatment groups 1 Treatment group 3 (P lt; 0.05); acid detergent fiber apparent digestibility of the treatment group and the treatment group 3 was significantly
