Abstract


The basis of jurisdiction is the jurisdiction of the DSB of the anti-dumping cases and expert in anti-dumping cases based on what the court hearing . This article by GATT , the WTO panel or Appellate Body and analysis of past cases of their own thinking on the jurisdiction of the anti-dumping cases , request the establishment of a written application of the Expert Group and the Expert Group on the fact that the scope of the review are described . The jurisdiction of the anti-dumping cases part of this article focuses on the meaning of \Request the establishment of the Expert Group on the written part of the application is first analyzed the DSU Article 6.2 of the requirements for the general case of a written application , and thus further elaborated in Article 17.4 , 17.5 of the Anti-Dumping Agreement \additional requirements .
