Abstract


In 2008 by the U.S. sub-prime crisis triggering a global financial crisis, China’s economic development, especially export-oriented manufacturing sector are caused by a heavy blow, so that we have to re-examine China’s manufacturing industry. Industrial upgrading and technological innovation have become the most popular words nowadays. Most people believe that technology innovation means the development and application of advanced production technology for improving enterprise productivity. In this paper, the author will research on information flow optimization of enterprise information technology from the perspective of information technology, enterprise management, and organizational structure.This article which is a study of manufacturing enterprises in the information flow optimization problems is aimed at manufacturing enterprises, as manufacturing enterprises have the organizational structure of the complex, involving resources, information, and more multi-enterprise business processes inside and outside, so they need the more typical information flow optimization. At first, this article relates to the introduction of information flow optimization theoretical underpinnings:the concept of information flow, value chain analysis theory, and business process reengineering. Then it analyses the current status of manufacturing enterprises:the existing transfer mode of information flow in manufacturing enterprises, and the necessity and feasibility of information flow optimization. At the base of pertinent theories, it analyses optimization models of enterprise information flow:a transfer mode of line leapfrog, a network-based delivery method a and transfer model by centralized control, which is a process of innovation theory as a unified whole, and constantly improving by practice feedback. There is the inevitability of its internal development, and the author explains this necessity through the pros and cons analysis. Then it establishes a mathematical model to evaluate the added value of this information flow optimization. At last take Haier as an example to present their information flow optimization process.The innovations are mainly in:founding enterprise information flow optimization models and mathematical model of evaluation. These are also the core of this article.
