Abstract


Future society is a society of lifelong education , the development of the face of this situation, the teacher's role is bound to a fundamental change , it is more reflected in the students' innovative spirit and practical ability and improve. To achieve this the changing role of teachers should have the ability to self-development and motivation. On the other hand , how to solve teaching and research disjointed problems, make the teaching behavior toward more professional, more in the direction of the system has become more and more a concern of educators . As a means of reflective teaching applications of action research at home and abroad in recent years, developed a theory of teaching research methods. It can not only improve teaching practice and contribute to teachers' own development . This brief preamble clarifies teachers engaged in teaching the necessity and possibility of action research ; first chapter introduces the origins of action research , combined with domestic and foreign experts and scholars put forward the definition of action research , characteristics and procedures , on the basis of I designed a program of action research , and proposed the scheme is applied to teaching high school English reading among ; second chapter is the focus of this article , the authors first reading on their own over the years to reflect on classroom teaching and be aware of which exist problem and propose solutions based on their reading on their own classroom action research commenced . Detailed record of action research in this whole process , describing each step of the study , the use of questionnaires, interviews and paper analysis methods to collect data on the data collected after careful analysis made ??to the original plan timely adjustments ; third chapter summarizes the overall effect of this study , based on the combined data of the
