Abstract


This article is a 3-6 year-old children in kindergarten help-seeking behavior studies. This study used qualitative research methods , complemented by the presentation and description of relevant data , the researchers deep into the nursery - the children live and study in a particular place , around the children's help-seeking behavior , perspective interaction between children and their peers , children with interaction between teachers , trying to show children the world of interpersonal development . Help-seeking behavior in young children occurs mainly due to children in kindergarten encountered difficulties, and solve this dilemma is beyond the ability in young children , children in addition to the initiative to give up or blind adherence , there is a possibility that the outside world for help. Child care assistance in the choice of object, will be more inclined to choose teachers, while children are in the initial stages of mental development , is not mature, encounter problems, ask someone for help, especially with the help of teachers of young children is the best one way. Young children to teachers is very strong, teachers in a child's mind is omnipotent , is a symbol of authority , the teacher can solve all the problems ; the other hand, adult education according to their own ideas, will often tell their children \things to tell an adult , is to report in the kindergarten teacher \As children grow older, they gradually realized , companions encounter difficulties in their role , that is in addition to the teacher , there are other children can help themselves , meanwhile, also help to fellow teachers gradually get daily education indoctrination, teachers will be based on the extent of the difficulties encountered in children , guiding children to peers for help, on the one hand , children can help in this process and help others to develop their interpersonal skills , learn how to get along with other companions , especially how each Help ; hand can reduce the burden of some of the work of teachers . Children in kindergarten on help-seeking behavior observation, the researchers also found a number of inappropriate teacher education , hopes this research line for preschool teachers to provide some help and inspiration.
