Abstract


The mercenary type migrant crime problem has become increasingly serious , systematic study of migrant robbed crime of great theoretical and practical significance . Through surveys and case method of investigation , made ??a crime in Yueyang, Hunan Prison and the Women's Prison two prison empirical investigation , and tap the relevant features of the crime , and prepare the groundwork for further research . The causes of crime includes both objective or external factors , but also contains a subjective or internal factors .
