Abstract


In recent years, the work of personnel training assessment has become a top priority for the development of higher vocational institutions , vocational schools across the country have been accepted or are prepared to accept the work of personnel training assessment . To carry out the assessment , the assessment expert understanding of vocational schools is an important way to a variety of data by the institutions , but also in the evaluation index system also lists a series of quantifiable standards . Therefore, the data collection, audit work has become a major problem in the institutions , many of the data processing work has remained at the simple electronic document processing stage and no evaluation index system , systematic , very few institutions to adopt a targeted of data acquisition systems integration, management evaluation system . Collection of information , according to the data in the assessment of the Personnel Training for Colleges and called for the establishment of a data acquisition system . This article is from this basic point of departure , first expounded the theory, and the development trend of ERP orthogonal three-tier C / S , B / S and C / S and B / S mixed several new types of software architecture, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the various software architecture , and the actual needs of college data collection and information management system for data acquisition , selected the three-tier C / S structure . This paper also discusses the main technology used in the data collection information management system , including NET development platform , ADO.NET data access technology , C # development language , SQL2005 database technology . This article through college data acquisition work do a full investigation and data collection and management information systems requirements analysis , system data flow diagram and business process diagrams , database design system , using the SQL Server 2005 development background database to C # as future development tool . With user-friendly, flexible and easy to use , data security and high reliability . Operation of the system will significantly reduce the burden of the Senate staff , improve work efficiency and provide good query service .
