In recent years, with the policy about development of western regions and the industrial construction of base of the Northeast, the economy of Yanbian has quickenned the steps of developing, the dynamics of investment is being strengthened constantly, the total supply and demand increases progressively too. But the area of Yanbian is a low developed area of ethnic minority, compare with other areas, there is much disparity. According to the comparative theory, we should give full play to regional resource, workforce, advantage of border area position to attract investment of developed area, introduce their fund, technology, advanced experience of management, etc. It will play an important role in rapid development of Yanbian’s economy in future. The " two-win " result brought in cooperation of the western and eastern of China fully proves that regional development needs cooperate at present, especially the fund that those low developed areas introduced from the developed area has solved the shortage problem of the fund for the economic development of this area, and promoting economic development of this area effectively .It is worthful to study the successful experience.First of all, According to the theory of Regional economic cooperation,the thesis provide the important function of introducing the domestic-investment in regional development, analyse and describe Yanbian’s introducing domestic-investment of current situation and the function, analyse the successful experience of enterprise by introducing domestic-investment in Yanbian. Secondly, though the government in Yanbian begins to pay attention to introducing the domestic-investment question at present, strengthen the work of promoting trade and investment to make some achievement, there are some problem remained to solve. While saying definite achievement in the course of introducing domestic-investment find out some existing problems for example, the scale of the introducing the domestic-investment and invest industrial structure. Finally, put forward relevant solutions to these problems.
