Abstract


With the increasingly fierce market competition, the achievement of information technology plays a vital role for enterprise survival and development. As the Sany Heavy Industry Ltd., the original ERP system’s data showed the geometric class the number of growth, resulting in decreased operating speed statements can not be fast and accurate extraction of information. According to this situation, the Sany Heavy Industry Ltd. need to deploy a set of enterprise data warehouse to improve enterprise efficiency, improve data quality, support market leaders in decision-making, and ultimately selected the SAP BW solution.This article is according to the project’s requirements, in accordance with the implementation of SAP ASAP methodology, introducing the Sany Heavy Industry Ltd. to implement SAP BW module to build enterprise data warehouse. With the introduction of project preparation, system design, system realization, go live and go live support phase, describes the enterprise data warehouse implementation of the program every step and every step of the key points, the resolvent to solve the key problems.The key processes of this project are requirements analysis, system design and system realization. Requirements analysis confirms the functional scope and technological scope of this project. System designing process makes the total solution of this project, designs the data warehouse architecture and defines the business processes. System realization makes the object, data model development and the development of report query.
