Abstract


The freight forwarding market is an absolutely important component of domestic and international transportation market, which also plays the irreplaceable role. Meanwhile, because the freight forwarding market is influenced by various kinds of factors, the market operation order of our country is substandard. In the course of the economic system reform and establishing the trade legal system in our country, perfecting freight forwarding system, operation system and supervisory system, fostering enterprises’ capacity of existence and self-development in competitive environment of world that is the task of top priority.This paper runs back over the course of China freight forwarding market systematically. The research focuses on the market present situation, existent problems, and development trend. Then probes into the current situation of the foreign freight forwarding market and their administration modes in developed countries, and given enlightenments of freight forwarding of our country. To the concrete freight forwarding market of Shenzhen city, the author analyses elements far-reaching influencing the freight forwarding market of Shenzhen and administration system of the trade. The elements such as the accession to the WTO (which has brought new opportunities and challenges), freight forwarding policies and regulations, the relevant trades and their markets. Finally, since register policy on freight forwarding which is combined with characteristics of Shenzhen. The problems are: how to standardize the administration system of Shenzhen freight forwarding trade, and how about make Shenzhen freight forwarding trade develop in a healthy way for the trade. To these problems, some personal opinions are given.With the arrival of register policy, the freight forwarding trade of China can be expected to step into really equal competition times, which has milestone meaning undoubtedly. Canceling examining and approving policy of the freightforwarding trade have brought a far-reaching and enormous influence on the market, all kinds of enterprises have obtained the equal chance of participating in market competition, the freight forwarding trade of China can be expected to obtain new development motive force. So, the study on development of the road freight forwarding trade market of Shenzhen has a greater realistic meaning. The responsible department of the government should enhance its supervision function on the market. Through surveying the road freight forwarding market of Shenzhen and grasping this trade basic situation, future trend of the trade can be predicted better. That can help administrative department carry out its trade administration function correctly under the new policy situation, ensure the stability and development of the market.
