Abstract


After years of construction and development , medical information systems (Healthcare Information System, HIS) has made rapid development , and plays an extremely important role in the exchange of information between the hospital and the hospital . However, due to the heterogeneous data storage of medical information system , making information difficult to exchange and sharing between systems , thus forming the \How to integrate these heterogeneous data sources , provide users with real data , the important issues facing information integration . Traditional methods to some extent solve the the system heterogeneous , structural isomers and grammar heterogeneous problem , but not a good solution to the problem of semantic heterogeneity . Because the body either describe the meaning of the concept can describe the relationship between the concepts , with a strong ability to express the concept of semantic ; while strong logical reasoning to obtain the implied relationship between concepts . Thus, the body is increasingly being used for the integration of heterogeneous information . This paper first introduces the research background and the status quo of medical information integration , and also pointed out that the lack of medical information integration method proposed ontology-based information integration technology . Then introduced the concept of the body the ontology construction standards, methods , languages ??, tools , and analysis of the advantages and integration method ontology - based information integration , ontology-based medical information integration framework ( Healthcare Information Integration Framework HIIF ) . Then introduced HIIF ontology construction and ontology mapping , the ontology mapping of conceptual similarity calculation method , and build through examples ; final system prototype implementations .
