Abstract


With the strong encouragement of economic globalization and the knowledge-based economy , human resources , humans have all the resources in the first valuable . Insist on giving priority to education development , and strengthen human resources management is building a moderately prosperous society , towards the inevitable choice of the country rich in human resources from a country with a large population . Colleges and universities responsible for personnel training , scientific and technological innovation and the important task for the construction of social and economic services , and therefore human resources management is even more important . The University Logistics is an important part of college , college logistic work is the protection of school teaching and research , the foundation and forerunner ; directly related to the development of education related to the stability of the school . The only high - efficiency , high - efficiency, high-quality universities logistical support to the cause of higher education to flourish . Therefore , the development of University Logistics , to a large extent on the impact on the level of development of the college and the quality of education . Many factors restricting the development of University Logistics , one of the most important factors is the logistics team , they are the most valuable of all the resources of the University Logistics , and thus its effective management .
