Abstract


This paper insists Marxism with theoretical quality and practice quality that go with the time, and from this angle of " the party in power" , the deep meaning and practical revelation of the Construction Theory on the Party in Power of Deng Xiao-ping the legitimacy in power, is pursued with great efforts, and the legitimacy in power, which Deng Xiao-ping explored preliminarily, is studied. In the broad sense, the Construction of Party in Power will embody the concept in power and the level in power, and will again strengthen the self construction of the party. On the base that our party rules well, reinforcing the self construction of party is to strengthen the leadship and ruling of the party. They are close to each other, and are both aspects of a problem. The Construction Theory on the Party in Power of Deng Xiao-ping is a new stage on the history of Marxism party, and it emphasizes that we should strengthen and perfect the construction of the party in power continuously with the spirit of reform: one is to how to realize the change from the party of leading class struggle to the party of leading socialist modernization; the other is how to insist the leading and improve the leading; another is how to reinforced the self construction of the party in the course of the socialist market economy construction. But studying the Construction on The Party in Power of Deng Xiao-ping is not only for itself, what is more, it needs the strategy and train of thought that it develops move forward. Practically proved, The Construction Theory on the Party in Power of Deng Xiao-ping is a scientific theory and in practice, it will be more rich with its development, which embodies the consciousness on the modernization and the worrying mentality of our party.
