With the university network infrastructure continuous improvement ,as a new teaching method,,network education makes full use of the latest computer, network and multimedia technology to show more flexibility in teaching materials, images, vivid, so that teaching could across time and space constraints, with great flexibility and interactivity. Therefore, the development of network education system for school with its own characteristics, not only can take a role of College network, but also make data share between different departments more convenient. The system is to better meet the contemporary education and teaching development needs.Based on the research of network education platform, aiming at WeiFang University’s application demands, combined with the theory, the issue designed and implemented a network education system based on Internet using ASP technology. This paper analyzes the system design, operation and development environment and the main development technology,then proposed the network education system based on the three-tier B / S architecture,. In this paper, the detailed explanations of the system structure, functional structure and database construction were given, and important parts of the system functional design, such as database connections, reservation and safety were described in detail. Testing proved that the system running well.The system’s advantages are: the location of classes is no longer the reality of centralized fixed location, but a network of class, the entire network off-site classes students can see the contents of teaching, students can set up in the home of the school curriculum, dismissed workers rushing way, saving time and energy, greatly increased the ease of learning, while there is no lack of teaching in the field of interaction and communication.The network teaching system can make full use of advanced multimedia and network technology, to break the traditional teaching model and methods to break the traditional teaching of all aspects of time and space, to teaching a high degree of orderly sharing of information and the realization of full human - machine and human - human interaction to improve teaching efficiency and teaching quality and management level.
