Abstract


Since China joined the WTO, the agriculture has been one of several industries which are most fiercely affected. China’s agriculture will turn the simple bilateral trade constraints which are used in the past to directly facing the intensely international competition of agricultural products market, so the government’s agricultural policies are made tremendous adjustments. The agricultural mechanization is important part of agricultural production and agricultural economy development. The agricultural mechanization will not play its role in agricultural modernization unless we improve the information management level of mechanization. Thus to establish and complete the management information system of agricultural mechanization plays a very important role in promoting the development of agricultural modernization and the agricultural mechanization.In the process of this research, the author start with the existing agricultural machinery administration management mode of Santa county. According to the county’s management system of farm machines/agricultural business processes and its development strategy, the author discusses the new management mode and the establishment of management information system in SanTai country. Through the analysis of the demand of system,we get the data needs and preliminary function demand;This paper systematically analyses the targets and demands of management information system of farm machines. Latter we get the function the management information system of farm machines need to achieve; We apply the way of Business system planning to recognize and subdivide target by top-down; We identify enterprise target and business process and data analysis;We program by enterprise flow and data oriented;Then we take the methods of top-down for data modeling/system structure design to support the achievement of enterprise goal.This paper also analyzed agricultural information management system in detail by the aspects of system demand/the feasibility and function and data and so on, and we has made the detailed plan for information system development risk standing in the angle of project, making good foundation for the follow-up system integration and system evolution. By the discussing of this paper, improving the level of management information of farm machinery in SanTai country, improving the management efficiency.
