Abstract


Internet bar ,the internet information service place In 2000,state industry and administration consent it registered in name of company .Now it become a newtype business-internetbar business,which is the registered business with the main project serving inerenet information service place. With the development rapidly of the internet, policies of this trade are from close suoervision to sopportion, changing from the house hold based system workshop to the managerial mechanisms of enterprises.In the changing period,the mini internet bars of the house hold based system workshop withdraw from the business in succession,that made room for the scale capital campany of acurual strethgth. At the same time ,how to catch the chance to stride across a speed development ,to get the benificial condition in the market compitition, each internet bar company made its strategy arrengement to aim its buisness objective purpose.How to develop ,how to change,is the mining of the strategy arrengement,and is also the mining of this thesis.The paper by the environment decides strategic strategy adaption environment this dialectical unification takes always the guiding ideology, before the opposition some net enterprises’ inside and out environment carry on the analysis union trillion bright network own actual situation, proposed the ZhaoMing internet bar development strategy.
