Abstract


In this paper, based on regional economic theory, modern logistics theory , theory of regional planning , regional logistics theory to China's regional logistics development plan for the study, from the literature review and the basic connotation of regional logistics departure , the application of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, analysis regional Logistics Planning status of research and practice , summarized previous research , study and propose to the basic theory system, technical methodology , content system and other three systems for the content of regional logistics planning mode and apply Shaanxi Province \logistics Development Plan empirical research . At the regional logistics development planning theory study, this paper the concept of modern logistics in -depth analysis of the formation and development based on the combination of the characteristics of the development of modern logistics , modern logistics and research defining the characteristics of regional logistics planning and essential meaning , explore regional logistics development planning the basic theory and technical methods , and proposed regional logistics planning mode. Purpose is to study the regional logistics planning theory to determine the main content of the regional logistics planning and theoretical system, explore the regional logistics planning model and its application within the region to achieve the optimal allocation of logistics resources for regional logistics planning to provide the necessary theoretical and practical basis .
