Abstract


Along with the expansion of China’s Retirement Insurance Program, starting in the second half of 2008, many residents of Kunming’s rural areas whose lands have been conscripted by the government hopes to participate in the basic retirement program. In order to better manage the construction of an information system to serve the residents, to improve the overall quality of service of the agency, strengthen the data-sharing ability of the agency, increase the work efficiency, and offer a basis to make better informed decisions, the Endowment Insurance Information System (EIIS) is designed and developed to meet those needs.This paper combines with current practical situation of many residents of Kunming’s rural areas whose lands have been conscripted by the government; using related theories and knowledge of software engineering to integrally analyze and design the development of EIIS. System is designed and developed based on the SRBA2.0 application framework. First of all, this paper carefully analyzes SRBA2.0 framework which is used by system development, discussing three-layer-architecture which is based on SRBA framework as Client-Middleware Server-Database Server (C/S/S); Secondly, detailed requirement analysis is made to system according to business demands, researching and analyzing the integrated designs and function designs of EIIS and making pointed references to analyze and explore the designs of Staff Management based on SRBA framework, meanwhile, using this module as an example, design and implementation of a three layer architecture which contains the Client, Middleware Server Business Logic Layer and Data Storage Layer. Finally, system functions and application exhibition and test results are given. Client side of the system is developed using Borland C++ Builder 6.0 based on the SRBA framework client. The Middleware Business Layer and the Data Access Layer are developed using Eclipse based on data transmission management and encapsulation of Client and Server, which is defined by the SRBA framework. It is deployed using Weblogic 8.1. Data Storage Layer and uses Oracle as a background database system.This system has been deployed and tested successfully at Kunming Rural Area People Insurance Information Center and other parts of experimental unit; it can meet practical business demands well, and has some actual applicable value.
