Abstract


With the accelerated pace of our city 's rapid economic development and urbanization , the increasingly serious problem of urban traffic . Land use is the root cause of the problem of urban traffic . Explore the interaction between urban transportation and land use , the establishment of effective interaction mechanism between the two , of great significance to solve the problem of urban traffic , as well as the sustainable development of cities . To the sustainable development of the city as the technical route , the use of philosophy, economics and other related theories and methods to carry out a theoretical analysis of the interaction between urban transportation and land use , from a qualitative and quantitative as well as policy and technical aspects further elaborated interaction relations ; interactive mechanism established on the basis of urban transportation and land use , and build interactive mechanism evaluation index system , and the introduction of the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the mechanism ; last instance Nanchang city traffic and land use analysis .
