Abstract


Based on the analysis of automobile manufacturing enterprise logistics and third party logistics , based on the stage of China's automobile manufacturing companies how to achieve the introduction of third-party logistics optimization studied. This paper describes the introduction of third-party logistics at this stage to consider when optimizing object. Then combined with the actual situation of our country were given reconstruction automotive supply and distribution logistics works. And mode of operation involved in optimization problems has been improved. Which pick up the cycle route design model is proposed based on C-W saving algorithm and 2 - exchange algorithm two -phase algorithm ; regional distribution center location model is proposed siting and the RDC combined transport mode selection algorithm, and were verified with examples . Finally automobile manufacturing companies have chosen to establish a third-party logistics service providers and the general process of evaluation index system , and through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of alternative third-party logistics service providers were evaluated and selected.
