Abstract


Since reform and opening , China's SMEs access to a huge development in the national economy is playing an increasingly important role . However, small and medium enterprises financing difficulties in the development process issues are also increasingly evident. To solve this problem , the SME guarantee came into being , perfect guarantee system for SMEs in China has a strong practical significance. In this paper, both theoretical and practical aspects to analyze the need for the development of SME guarantee system , contrast and learn from foreign countries, the development of SME guarantee system typical successful experience , from the macro and micro perspective to think about how to improve our SME guarantee systems .
