Abstract


Boron is a typical non-metallic elements , the fifth of the world's total reserves of boron resources in China accounted for , and many kinds , but the vast majority of lower grade ore of boron . The easy processing the ascharite use resources taste declining reserves facing depletion . Prospects of boron resource utilization studies mainly focus on two aspects , Liaoning iron boron large-scale development and utilization of resources , and boron resources comprehensive utilization . Of Salt Lake contains a large amount of boron , the current Salt Lake the solid boron resources available mainly the solid boron resources in Tibet , Qinghai has been drying up after decades of mining , Qinghai province rich brine boron resources still in the early stage of development . In this paper , for the East taijnar Salt Lake natural concentrated brine resources boron extracted experimental study , from the perspective of economic , concentrated brine of mentioning boron process was designed , the achieved results are as follows : 1 . Designed the extraction of lithium sulfuric acid precipitation system take boric acid , extraction and recovery process of boron ; 2 . containing precipitate the brine reduction measures were analyzed to determine the best reduction programs ; experimental conditions of the process were studied elect can be used for small-scale industrial experiment conditions ; 4 . filtrate after acidification extraction recovery of part of the conditions of boron ; boron extraction and subsequent extraction and recovery of boron application design process , basically meet the expected results . The process is simple , easy to operate, lithium loss , the process is expected to have a very good application prospects .
